Community Protection Notice issued to local youth

On 27th October, your local Neighbourhood Policing Team issued a Community Protection Notice to an 18-year-old male in Skelton. This was created by police and comes with conditions and restrictions that the person must follow. Failure to do so will glean a £100 fine, or can be met with a court summons. Police often create this jointly with the local council. It was issued due to a recent breach of a written police warning.

In this particular case, the male is associated with the illegal use of vehicles. There are therefore conditions regarding this along with restrictions on who he should associate with in public.
